Description

Manual harvest in boxes with graduated harvests in the vineyard, with further selection on a manual sorting table. Vinification in steel with maceration on the skins for 20/30 days, maturation in second passage French barriques for 15/18 months, refinement in bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red color with violet reflections; typical and elegant nose, in which the fruit is clear and well expressed, embellished with delicate spiciness. Soft and structured on the palate, with well-evolved tannins, a marked flavor and a light acidic streak, which give elegance and persistence.

Pairings

Lamb, grilled red meats, sheep roasts, first courses with meat sauces, semi-mature cheeses.
