43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc, 10% Marzemino
It remains in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature of 28 – 30°C for approximately two weeks. This is followed by refinement in Allier barriques for a minimum of 24 months. It rests for 24 months in the bottle before being released on the market.
Intense ruby color with garnet reflections. At birth notes of fruit in alcohol, cherry, blackberry, morello cherry and raspberry, with hints of undergrowth, liquorice, pepper and toasting. The olfactory bouquet is found on the sip, with a strong and smooth tannin.
It goes very well with red meat and game. It excellently supports first courses with a strong flavor and mature cheeses.
