Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, at the end of September; destemming and soft pressing; maturation in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks in contact with the fine lees for approximately 6 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with green reflections; floral nose with notes of apple and limoncella; The sip recalls fresh fruit, very savory and aromatic in the finish.
