Description

Spontaneous fermentation, maceration and alcoholic fermentation in open steel vats, malolactic fermentation and elevation in 500 liter French oak barrels. Nine months of bottle aging.

Tasting

Classic garnet red colour, intense and floral aroma of rose, berries and liquorice. Elegant, intense and tasty taste, with subtle spiciness and fine tannins.
