Nebbiolo Langhe Clòde DOC 2022

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; maceration and fermentation for 10 to 15 days in steel tanks at controlled temperatures; maturation in steel for 4 months and refinement in bottle for 6 months. Matured 4 months in steel, 12 months in barrique (75%) and tonneau (25%); refines 12 months in bottle.

Ruby red color with medium intensity garnet reflections. The nose is intense and delicate with hints of violet, spices and ripe fruit. In the mouth it is dry and soft with a pleasant balance, fine and harmonious.

Fresh egg pasta, risotto, game, mature cheeses.
