Description

Manual harvest in boxes, calcareous marl soils. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Maturation in large barrels for six months and refinement in bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red color with medium intensity garnet reflections. Fruity nose with light notes of violet and vanilla. Full sip, pleasantly tannic, with notable persistence.
