Description

Destemming and followed by fermentation in steel. During maceration, pumping over and delestage take place. Malolactic fermentation in steel; maturation of the wine for 12 months in barriques.

Tasting

Garnet red color with ruby reflections, it has a great olfactory impact, intense hints of wild fruits, blackberry and blackcurrant, spices, liquorice and a mineral note.

Game and game, grilled red meats, mature cheeses.
