Nero d’Avola
It ferments in contact with the skins for 8/10 days at 24/26°C, in small uncovered steel tanks, with frequent manual punching down. It completely carries out malolactic fermentation and refines in steel and for three months in the bottle.
Intense ruby red color, with marked violet reflections. Very characteristic nose of cherry and morello cherry. Very elegant, balanced and well-structured sip.
First courses from the land, simple cooked red meats, grilled meats.
