Nebbiolo
Crushing and destemming, maceration with skins for approximately 10/12 days at a maximum temperature of 29/31°C. After racking, the wine is left to age in oak barrels for approximately 18 months. Complete maturation in stainless steel before bottling. Refinement in bottles laid down before being put on the market.
Intense ruby red color with garnet shades; broad and intense nose, ethereal, with hints of red fruits accompanied by vanilla, cocoa and spices. Full and austere sip, with subtle tannins in harmony with the structure of the wine.
Red meats, braised meats, game, truffles, mature cheeses.
