Manual harvesting in crates with selection in the vineyard in mid-October; destemming, red wine vinification with fermentation and maceration on the skins for 2 weeks; the wine matures in steel and tonneaux for 6 months and refines for a period in the bottle.

Ruby red in colour, velvety and persistent nose with distinct notes of small fruits; elegant and enveloping on the palate with characteristic varietal notes.

Earthy starters, cold meats and cheeses, first courses with meat sauces, tasty risottos.
