The grapes are left on the vine until completely ripe; after harvesting in small crates, the whole bunches are softly pressed. A fermentation at low temperatures partly in steel and partly in barrique precedes the same refinement on the yeasts with frequent batonnage until April. The wine ages for at least 12 months in the bottle before being marketed.

Intriguing mineral aromas of candied citrus and orange blossom, with notes of yellow peach; deep sip of great finesse, delicately complex and persistent.
