Description

The harvest takes place between August and September and the must is left in contact with the skins at low temperature for approximately 12 hours. This is followed by soft pressing and fermentation, which is carried out in Allier barriques and steel tanks. Refines in the bottle for about six months.

Tasting

Pale straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. On the nose, the floral and pulpy fruit notes are immediate with spicy hints of nutmeg and vanilla. The palate is intense, velvety and powerful. It envelops in a perfect balance between softness and acidity, the latter enhancing the fruit sensations evoked on the nose.

Pairings

Ideal with first courses based on white ragù and autumn preparations with mushrooms.
