Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC 2024

The manually harvested and selected grapes are sent whole to the press where they undergo a soft pressing. The must clarified by cold static decantation is put into fermentation with the initiation of selected ferments at a controlled temperature of 18° C. It matures in steel on its yeasts for 6 months.

Straw yellow colour, bright and clear with greenish reflections. Exuberant nose, of acacia flowers and fruity hints of apple and peach. Intense, clean and fruity sip, with a round body, full and fresh, with good persistence.

Starters, cured meats, fresh cheeses, first courses with red sauces, freshwater fish, shellfish and white meats.
