Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, maceration for 15 days on the skins with daily punching down and fermentation with selected yeasts; maturation for 18 months in steel.

Deep red color with violet reflections, delicate nose with hints of berries; harmonious sip, with light tannin and good finesse.
