Description

Manual harvest and delicate destemming; spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks without temperature control; the wine matures for 12/14 months in second and third passage barriques, and refines in the bottle for 6 months.

Tasting

Ruby red colour; nose of red fruits, with spicy notes well blended with hints of blackberry and chocolate; elegant and enveloping sip, long lasting.
