Description

Spontaneous maceration and fermentation by Native yeasts for 14 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Malolactic in large barrels and third passage tonneaux where it matures for approximately 24 months. This is followed by a period of rest in stainless steel tanks and further refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color. Aromas of ripe red fruit with spicy hints. Savory, good volume, harmonious.
