Description

Manual harvesting in the second half of September; selection of grapes in the vineyard and traditional drying in crates placed in the drying loft; red wine vinification in contact with the skins throughout fermentation, with 2 daily pumpings over and a delestage in mid-fermentation; the wine matures 2 years in 25hl oak casks and is refined for a long time in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour; rich and complex nose of black cherry, cherry, plum, coffee and spices. Dry, robust, full and persistent on the palate, with sweet and fragrant notes that envelop the palate at length.
