Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; traditional red vinification with maceration on the skins for 15/20 days; the wine matures for 6 months in steel and then rests for 12 months in wooden barrels; refines 24 months in bottle.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with violet reflections; nose rich in ripe red fruits, among which raspberries and wild blackberries stand out with particular intensity; great structure on the palate, with light and integrated tannins, dry and with excellent persistence.

Pairings

Stewed red meats, game, mature cheeses.
