Description

Manual harvest of the grapes in boxes at the end of August; fermentation for about 12 days in steel and a part in wood, maturation in stainless steel until tirage; bottle refinement on the yeasts for 60 months and disgorgement without dosage.

Straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage; broad and fine nose, sip of good complexity and persistence.
