Description

The grapes are strictly hand-harvested in boxes before being pressed and starting a long maceration during fermentation; the wine matures for 36 months in oak tonneaux and refines for two months in the bottle.

Tasting

Impenetrable purple-red color with ruby reflections; nose of red and black fruits, morello cherry in alcohol, vanilla spiciness, liquorice and black pepper; full and confident sip, overflowing with fruity substance and soft, but still evolving tannins, all in an exquisite balance.

Stewed and braised meats, game and game, mature cheeses.
