Description

Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard; cold pre-maceration for 36 hours and maceration for 15 days at a controlled temperature; matures for 24 months, of which 12 months in 3.5hl and 5hl tonneaux, and 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels. Refines in the bottle.

Tasting

Deep ruby red colour; intense and fruity nose with hints of blueberry and violet, and vanilla and toasted notes. The sip is soft, fresh, with numerous and fine tannins, harmonious, elegant, with good structure.

Grilled red meats, game, game, mature cheeses.
