Description

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of September; destemming, red wine vinification with fermentation and maceration on the skins for 2 weeks; the wine matures in barriques for 13 months and is refined in bottles before release.

Ruby red colour, velvety and persistent nose with distinct red fruit notes; full, harmonious, soft and persistent on the palate.
