Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; fermentation with pomace for 2 weeks with 2/3 pumping over per day, malolactic fermentation carried out; maturation first in steel, then in barriques for 12 months.

Tasting

Ruby-purple colour; ripe blackberry stands out on the nose, with light spicy notes; full and juicy sip, with good acidity and flavor.
