Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of September; red vinification with fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures; the wine matures in steel on the fine lees for 4 months and refines for a month in the bottle.

Tasting

Light ruby colour; nose of dog rose and delicate spiciness; soft sip, not excessively full-bodied.

white meats, Ligurian rabbit, fish soups, lightly matured cheeses.
