Description

Alcoholic fermentation with maceration of the skins for 18/20 days at a controlled temperature and spontaneous malolactic fermentation, both in truncated cone-shaped Slavonian oak vats. Aging in 20 to 32 hl Slavonian oak barrels for 6-10 months; follows refinement in bottle for at least 3-4 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color. Fresh aroma, with notes of red fruit and vanilla. Fragrant flavour, good structure and soft, persistent tannins.

Grilled red meats, game, mature cheeses.
