Fermentation takes place with maceration in stainless steel tanks, with wetting of the cap and delestage. The process begins at a temperature of 18°C ​​and ends at 26°C; contact with the skins lasts approximately 16 days, after which, once drawn off, the wine matures in 220l French oak barrels for 24 months and refines for a further 24 months in the bottle, before being put on the market.

Ruby red color with purple reflections; nose of black cherry, black fruits and violets, with warm spicy notes; thick, warm and enveloping sip; good acidity refreshes the drink.
