Description

Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts takes place in 70hl truncated-conical oak vats. The refinement takes place in 70hl oak vats for 12 months and in 20hl barrels for another 12 months; then a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with reflections tending towards garnet, it is a very elegant wine, intense with ripe red fruits, with notes of tobacco and leather.
