Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, at the end of September; destemming and soft pressing; maturation in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks in contact with the fine lees for approximately 6 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with green reflections; nose with a very complex aromatic picture, highlighting the spicy notes of elderberry and sage; rich sip, with varietal notes supported by consistency and thickness.

Seafood, tasty vegetarian dishes, medium-aged cheeses.
