Schiava Gentile Vallagarina IGT 2023

The hand-harvested grapes are immediately pressed, destemmed and subjected, first to a cold pre-fermentative maceration in contact with the skins for 72 hours, then to white vinification with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18° C. It then matures in steel for 5 months.

Clear and brilliant cherry red colour; fruity and floral nose, of cherries and sweet violets. Round and balanced sip, with a soft presence of tannins and a pleasant hint of bitter almond; fresh aftertaste.
