Description

Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard; Crushing-destemming, maceration for 10 days with maximum temperature control at 25°C, maturation in stainless steel tanks with repeated decanting.

Tasting

Bright ruby red color with typical aromas of morello cherry and small fruit. A pleasant freshness in the mouth combined with a beautiful consistency and roundness.
