Description

The grapes are destemmed and separated from the liquid phase in the press after a few hours of maceration. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, and the secondary fermentation in the bottle begins with the addition of chilled must. The wine remains in contact with its lees for approximately six months before disgorgement.

Tasting

A nose of violets and berries, with mineral and rose notes; a very fresh sip, low in alcohol and with a crisp acidity.

Aperitifs, meat-based appetizers, savory pies, cured meats and cheeses.
