Sylvaner Alto Adige Valle Isarco IGT 2017

After the harvest, the grapes are pressed and the must ferments in large barrels for 80%, of which 60% in acacia wood and 40% in oak, while steel is used for the remaining part. Finally, a period of refinement in the same barrels follows for up to 12 months.

Light yellow color with greenish reflections. Very fresh and fruity nose, with hints of freshly cut grass. Gooseberries and peach emerge on the palate.

Ideal as an aperitif or served with asparagus and fish dishes.
