Description

Harvest and selection by hand in the first half of September; Destemming and followed by fermentation in steel; during maceration, pumping over and delestage take place; malolactic fermentation in steel; the wine matures for 24 months in barriques and refines for 12 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Bright ruby red colour, strong varietal aroma with hints of red fruits and pepper. Harmonious, mature, spicy flavor, with rich and velvety tannins.

First courses with game sauces, game, roast or grilled lamb, mature cheeses.
