Description

Manual harvest in crates in the second half of September; soft pressing, static decantation of the free-run must, fermentation in steel at a temperature of 16°C for approximately two/three weeks; all phases take place protected from oxygen. Maturation for 3 months in steel, refinement in bottle for 2 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; delicate nose of yellow fruit and white flowers, fresh and savory sip with typical almond finish.

Seafood appetizers and first courses, grilled fish, fresh cheeses.
