Description

Manual harvest in bins with selection in the vineyard; skin maceration at 8/12°C and subsequent pressing of the grapes; spontaneous fermentation in white with subsequent batonnage until malolactic has taken place, maturation in steel on its fine lees.

Tasting

Deep straw yellow colour; broad and rich nose, of acacia honey, white flowers and flint; creamy and enveloping sip, with a pronounced refreshing flavor.

Seafood appetizers, fish-based first courses, seafood, grilled fish, medium-aged cheeses.
