Description

Manual harvest with careful selection of the bunches; spontaneous fermentation with Native yeasts and maceration for 15 days, maturation in steel for 12 months and in large oak barrels for another 18 months; finally refines in bottle for a year.

Tasting

Bright garnet red colour, the nose is fresh and complex with hints of cherry and white chocolate. The sip is fresh, long and clean.

Structured ground dishes, grilled meats, cheeses.
