Description

Manual harvest in boxes; destemming and soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature; after 10 months of rest in the tank, with the first warm weather, the wine is bottled with organic cane sugar and fermented again.

Nose of citrus and apricot with notes of green apple and candied ginger; fresh, savory and easy to drink.
