Description

The Glera grapes are vinified off-white at 14/18°C, the Pinot Noir grapes are first macerated for 24/36 hours at 8/10°C. The two base wines are then assembled before secondary fermentation, which occurs with selected yeasts at a temperature of 13/14°C for at least 90 days. Before being put on the market it is aged in the bottle for 30 days.

Tasting

Pale pink color, elegant nose and the result of a perfect balance between the floral notes of rose and violet and the fruit notes of currant and raspberry. The sip is delicate but intense, fresh, savory, with a finish of small red fruits and citrus fruits.

Aperitif, starters of cured meats and cheeses, fish and shellfish dishes, white or delicate meats.
