Description

Manual harvest in wicker containers with selection in the vineyard; vinification in red, maturation for 6 months in steel, refinement for one year in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections; complex and elegant nose of red fruit in alcohol, dried fruit and quince, with hints of undergrowth, pepper and Mediterranean scrub; full and enveloping sip, fine and mineral, with velvety tannins and long persistence.
