Description

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of October; whole cluster crushing and maceration for a few days with daily pumping over until racking, fermentation of the must in steel; the wine matures 11 months, 30% in second-passage French barriques, the remaining 70% in steel; it is refined in the bottle for 2/3 months.

Tasting

Ruby red colour, nose of red berries, morello cherries and violets; fresh, enveloping and velvety on the palate.

Savoury starters, first courses with meat sauces, grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
