“Vinatage Tunina” Venezia Giulia IGT 2018

Vintage Tunina is born from a particular selection of typical Friulian grapes grown in a 16 hectare vineyard in the Ronco del Fortino area (GO). The grapes are harvested approximately two weeks after the normal harvest, with a yield between 40 and 60 quintals per hectare, and the refinement involves, for a part of the wine, passage in barrels.

The Vintage Tunina presents itself in a bright straw yellow with golden reflections. The aroma is intense, broad, of great elegance and persistence, with hints of honey and wild flowers. The sip is soft and dry, rich, of great harmony and persistence.

First courses with truffles, baked and sauced fish, white meats.
