Vermentino
This Vermentino di Sardegna grows on mixed clayey, sandy soil, with a lot of skeleton, resulting from the disintegration of obsidian (volcanic stone). After manual harvesting, it is subjected to soft pressing, static decantation, tapping and fermentation in steel with native yeasts at 18-20°C. It matures for two years in steel and 5% in oak barrels. After four months of rest in the bottle it is put on the market.
It has an intense yellow color, with green veins; on the nose it has the nuances of typical spices, the fragrance of the fruit and the complex balsamic nature with evolution; it gives on the palate
Tasty appetizers and first courses based on fish, white meats, battered vegetables.
