Description

Manual harvest in mid/late September; cold pressing with whole berries and use of carbonic snow. Controlled fermentation at 16°C. Batonnage sur lies for 6 months, addition of a small amount of botrytised pignoletto from late harvest.

Tasting

Deep straw yellow colour; complex and elegant nose, fruity and floral; intense and full sip, fresh, with great balance and persistence.
