Description

Manual harvest in boxes; maceration of the grapes for 18 hours, first fermentation with indigenous yeasts, in steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C; maturation in steel for eight months, refermentation in the bottle and permanence on the yeasts for 72 months, disgorgement without dosage.

Tasting

Elegant pink colour, fine and persistent perlage; nose of small red fruits with spicy notes; fresh, dry, medium-structured and long-lasting sip; pleasantly bitter finish.
