Description

Year of vineyard planting: 1990, Guyot training system, yield per hectare: 60–70 quintals/Ha. Soil geology: morainic. Manual harvest in crates with vineyard selection. Winemaking: soft pressing and settling in stainless steel. Aging and refinement: secondary fermentation and aging for at least 15 months.

Tasting

A bright and intriguing blonde, with fine and persistent perlage. Galuzzo Talento Metodo Classico Brut is a sparkling wine with harmoniously varied fragrances: floral opening notes, a crisp aromatic heart of cereals, and an enveloping mineral finish.

It effortlessly navigates between aperitifs, seafood crudité appetizers, as well as minced and tartare meat dishes.
