Description

Crushing and destemming, maceration with skins for approximately 10/12 days at a maximum temperature of 29/31°C. After racking, the wine is left to age in large-capacity oak barrels for approximately 12/15 months. Complete maturation in stainless steel before bottling. Aging in bottles laid down for at least 6 months.

Tasting

Ruby red colour; delicate and elegant nose, with fruity but ethereal hints of raspberry and violet which combine pleasantly with richer and spicier notes. Fresh and well-structured on the palate, soft and balanced, with great substance and persistence.
