Barolo Serralunga d’Alba DOCG 2018

Traditional Barolo, with long maceration and fermentation in large oak barrels at around 30°C. Maturation in large Slavonian barrels for approximately 30 months, followed by refinement in the bottle.

Garnet red colour. On the nose we find the different characteristics of the vineyards from which it comes, from spicy notes to sweeter, floral and fruity ones. The sip is full-bodied and well structured, with a great balance of acidity and flavor; dense tannin and long persistence.
