Description

Manual harvest in the second ten days of September. Soft pressing and maceration in the press for approximately 3 hours. Maturation for 4 months in steel, refinement in bottle for 4 months.

Tasting

Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Very personal perfume that combines floral and spicy notes with vegetal and mineral notes that are still evolving. Fresh and decisive on the palate, pleasantly acidic.

Aperitif, appetizers, seafood second courses, grilled white meats.
