Description

Vineyard surface area 0.5 hectares, calcareous fan soil, medium texture, with a good presence of clay and skeleton, with south-west exposure. White vinification with soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20 °C in barriques, storage in barriques for a year, bottling in November and refinement in bottle for another year.

Tasting

Spicy aromas of bread crust and mountain hay. Dry flavour, with good body and much persistence.

Pairings

To be paired with appetizers or first courses based on fish or vegetables, or with white meats.
