Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard in the third ten days of September; destemming, soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16/18°C; maturation in steel for 4 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; delicate and elegant nose, with floral notes of white flowers; dry, fresh and savory sip, well balanced and with a fine aftertaste.

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, raw fish, shellfish, slightly mature cheeses.
